Who can see me on the map?
It's your choice, under You → Visibility, and it works both ways. Public: everyone on the mountain sees you and you see them. Crew only: only your friends, both ways. Hidden: nobody sees you and you see nobody; your rides still record on your phone.

Does it track me all the time?
No. Location is recorded only while a ride is running, from Start to End ride. Your position is shared on the live map only while you ride and only with the people your visibility allows.

Someone is bothering me.
Long-press them in Crew or on the map and choose Block: you disappear from each other everywhere, and they aren't told. Choose Report to tell us; we review every report.

How do I delete my account?
In the app: You → Account → Delete account. It deletes your account and everything tied to it on our servers. Rides already on your phone stay there until you delete them or the app.
